We met with Nicki to discuss our requirements for our wedding cakes. We had guests with special dietary requirements, so needed to have a dairy and gluten free option. She supplied a delicious three tier cake and a smaller vegan cake. Both cakes were just perfect for us and our guests.

What can I say, absolute god send, Nicki is amazing, so attentive and supported me last minute with a wedding cake when I had been let down. Nothing was too much trouble the cake tasted and looked amazing. was not over priced and lots of my guests commented on the cake and asked where I had got it made. Thank you so so much Nicki, I’ll be back for more for sure and will certainly be recommending Gallery cakes for any events in the future!

Nicki made our wedding cake in July and we were so happy with it! We had 3 tiers - each one was delicious and it looked beautiful, we also had extra gluten free cupcakes. Communication was great and all felt like a nice easy process, would definitely recommend.
